It's not one application; it's a round of them — each insurer and TPA with its own form, document set and tariff negotiation. We run the round as a batch, on files we've already proven with our own hospitals.

Different insurers move at different speeds — empanelments arrive in a trickle, not a batch. Expect the first tie-ups well before the last; your front desk can start cashless admissions as each goes live.
